Do not email bank statements, card statements, full account numbers or sensitive financial information unless specifically requested for a support case. If screenshots are helpful, crop or redact anything you do not want to share.
Purchases and subscriptions
Pro purchases are handled by Apple through the App Store. You can manage subscriptions, renewals and cancellations in your Apple account settings.
